Detailed Proposal
After the consultation, we prepare a detailed written proposal that outlines the full scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost — with no hidden fees or ambiguous line items. You know exactly what you're getting before you commit to anything.

Step Three
Design & Material Selection
Once the proposal is approved, we move into detailed design. We present material and finish options, bring samples, and walk you through every selection — cabinetry, tile, countertops, stone, decking, or whatever's relevant to your project. Every decision is yours, with our professional input.

Step Four
Permits & Pre-Construction
We handle every permit and municipal approval required for your project. This includes building permits, pool permits, electrical permits, structural engineering where required, and any lot grading certificates. You don't deal with any of it — we manage it completely and keep you informed on timelines.

Step Five
Construction
Our own trades execute the build — no subcontractors, no strangers on your property. Your dedicated project manager oversees every stage of construction, coordinates scheduling, and provides you with regular updates. You always know what's happening, what's coming next, and who to call.

Step Six
Quality Inspections
At key milestones throughout the build, our project manager conducts quality inspections to ensure every phase meets our standards before the next phase begins. Municipal inspections are scheduled and passed as required. Nothing is covered up until it's been verified.

Step Seven
Final Walkthrough
When construction is complete, we do a thorough final walkthrough with you — going through every element of the finished project room by room, space by space. We create a deficiency list together for anything that needs adjustment, and we resolve every item before the project is closed.

Step Eight
Handover & Aftercare
We hand you the completed project with all documentation — warranty information, permit records, care and maintenance guidance, and contact information for our team. We remain available after project completion and stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we make it right.
