We're based in Oakville and serve the GTA, GTA North including Vaughan, King City, Aurora, Barrie, Collingwood, and communities across Ontario. If you're unsure, just ask — we likely cover your area.
How quickly can you start my project?
Start dates depend on project scope and our current schedule. We typically begin consultations within a week of first contact and can have a detailed proposal ready shortly after.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — we handle all permits and municipal approvals as part of our end-to-end service. You won't need to deal with any paperwork or inspections yourself.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured across Ontario with $5M liability coverage and WSIB coverage for all trades on every project.
Can you do both interior and exterior on the same project?
Yes — and this is one of our biggest advantages. Having one contractor manage both your interior renovation and exterior build saves time, reduces cost, and ensures everything is designed to work together.
What is your payment structure?
Payment is structured around project milestones. We never ask for full payment upfront. Our team will walk you through the schedule during the consultation.
