Excavation and site preparation is the foundation of everything we build — and having our own equipment and operators in-house means we control this phase completely, without waiting on outside contractors or inflated subcontract costs.
True North Construction operates our own fleet of excavation equipment and employs experienced operators who have worked alongside our build teams for years. Whether it's a pool excavation, a full site clearing, drainage grading, or a tight-access trench in a finished backyard, we have the right machine and the right operator for the job.
